WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Please arrive 15 minutes before the assigned warm up time. Check in with the coaches and find a spot for your swimmers in our team's designated area. If you are a volunteer, make sure you know what your role entails and where you need to be (e.g., timers must attend a brief timer's meeting 15 minutes before the start of the meet).

We will have heat sheets (a list of each swimmer's events) posted somewhere on the pool deck. Check the heat sheets so that you and your swimmer(s) know what events they are swimming.

Warm up times depend on the location of the meet. Swimmers warm up at 5:00pm for home meets and 5:30pm for away meets. Please do not be late for warm ups! It is important for your swimmer(s) to loosen up before racing.

Swimmers can sign up for 5 events at most each meet. Usually, swimmers will participate in some combination of individual events and relays. Coaches are responsible for signing swimmers up for events.

Please note that you must indicate that you will be attending a meet in order for your swimmer to be signed up for events. Meet attendance is managed through the Signup Calendar page. For regular-season meets, registration closes at noon on the day of the meet — we will not be accepting meet entries after that point.
